On 28 November, lawyer Andrea Scarpellini took part in the conference “Corporate crimes and private corruption” organized by Synergia Formazione Srl at the Palazzo delle Stelline conference centre in Milan. In his speech entitled “Corruption between private parties (Art. 2635 of the Civil Code): analysis of anti-corruption legislation and experience gained in professional activity”, he specifically addressed the following issues: – corruption between private individuals: subjects, conduct, purpose, admissibility, confiscation – instigation to corruption between private individuals (Art. 2635 bis of the Civil Code) – corruption between private individuals and Legislative Decree 231/01: subjects, interest/advantage for the organization, sanctions, organizational models – recent case law and professional cases
