Born in Milan on 1 February 1974.
Degree in Law from the University of Milan.
Degree in Economics and Commerce from the Università Cattolica del Sacro Cuore in Milan.
He has been a member of the Milan Bar Association since 26 February 2009 (reg. no. 944) and he is qualified to practice before the Supreme Courts.
Over the years he has gained significant experience in major international consulting firms (Arthur Andersen, Ernst & Young) and in leading law firms (Francesco Carnelutti, Massimo Montesano).
He is an expert in criminal law (with particular reference to tax and corporate crimes and – more generally – all aspects of financial criminal law) and related issues (liability of companies pursuant to Legislative Decree 231/01, legality rating).
Teaching Fellow in Criminal Law at the University of Milan and lecturer at the “Giorgio Marinucci” postgraduate and specialisation course in Criminal law.
Founding member of the association of juridical studies “Ragione & Diritto”.
