Born in Lodi on 26 March 1971.
Lawyer, with a degree in Law from the Università Cattolica del Sacro Cuore in Milan in 1996. She has been a member of the Milan Bar Association since 2001 (reg. no. 19525), and has rights of audience before Italy’s Supreme Court. In 2010 she was awarded a Diploma by the School of Tax Defence Experts directed by Professor Cesare Glendi.
She mainly deals with issues relating to commercial, corporate and tax law, as well as the areas of civil law most closely connected with the transfer of companies and assets from one generation to the next. She manages litigation, including arbitration, in the corporate and commercial and tax fields, in particular dealing with cases before the higher courts.
