Born in Milan on 28 November 1945.
Son of the firm’s founder, Prof. Germano Villa.
Accountant, commercial and commodities expert. Degree in economics with final dissertation on Maffeo Pantaleoni. He has been a member of Milan’s Association of Chartered Accountants since 1971 (reg. no. 562), and on the Register of Statutory Auditors since 1977 (reg. no. 60767). Over the years he has gained significant experience in the field of extraordinary transactions, such as takeovers, mergers, transfers, reorganizations, purchases and sales of companies and equity investments. He is a consultant for important Italian companies and branches of international groups, and is an expert in the field of income tax, corporate finance, corporate reorganization and tax litigation.
He works as an Auditor and Statutory auditor for major Italian and international companies.
