Born in Legnano on 23 January 1967.
Degree in Economics and Commerce from the Università Cattolica del Sacro Cuore in Milan.
He has been a member of Milan’s Association of Chartered Accountants since 2001 (reg. no. 5719), and on the Register of Statutory Auditors since 2002 (reg. no. 122777).
He has been on the Register of Expert Witnesses at the Court of Milan since 2015 (reg. no. 13578).
He attended the course on “Defence in Tax Litigation” organized by Prof. Cesare Glendi.
He attended the specialization course in “Tax Assessment and Litigation”.
Over the years he has gained significant experience in the field of extraordinary transactions, such as takeovers, mergers, transfers, reorganizations, purchases and sales of companies and equity investments.
